Managing Remote and Hybrid Teams is a Statement of Attainment program for managers, supervisors and team leaders responsible for remote or hybrid workers across any industry or work role. Most hybrid-work problems are management-system problems, not location problems. This course gives leaders practical systems for outcomes, communication, digital collaboration, coaching and accountability.
On completion, learners will be able to lead hybrid teams with efficiency, manage business requirements through virtual and distance mechanisms, and support and control effective team outputs and growth.
This course leads to a Statement of Attainment for 3 nationally recognised units of competency, delivered as a single integrated 5-week program (total nominal hours = 160). It is not a full AQF qualification – learners who successfully complete all 3 units receive a Statement of Attainment listing each unit achieved.
This course supports the skills of managers, supervisors and team leaders responsible for leading remote or hybrid teams, including roles such as Team Leader, Team Manager, Operations Manager and People/HR Manager.
