An auspice partnership (sometimes called a third-party or partnering arrangement) allows your school to deliver nationally recognised training and assessment under our RTO registration.
Your teachers do the day-to-day delivery, while we provide the training and assessment resources, quality assurance, moderation, and certification—and retain overall responsibility for compliance and the issuing of qualifications.
To enter an auspice arrangement, schools need teaching staff who hold the relevant TAE training and assessment credential and the vocational competencies for the qualification being delivered, along with suitable facilities, equipment, and resources for the course. A written auspicing agreement sets out each party’s responsibilities, and we work alongside your staff throughout—from validating assessment through to maintaining currency—so delivery stays consistent and audit-ready.

Where a school has the numbers, our experienced SSI trainers can come to you and deliver the qualification onsite. For schools with only a handful of students interested in a particular qualification, we can help combine small groups from neighbouring or partner schools into a single viable class, taught by one of our qualified SSI staff.
This clustering approach means students still get the benefit of an experienced industry trainer and a properly resourced course, even when no single school has enough enrolments to run the program on its own—making specialist qualifications accessible to more students, more cost-effectively, across a region.
For remote and regional schools, we can deliver training to your students using Microsoft Teams. It is preferable that this delivery is part of a program that includes work placement.
For individual students or small groups, our self-paced online courses offer a flexible pathway to a nationally recognised qualification without the need for a full onsite class. Students work through structured online learning at a pace that suits them, fitting study around their school timetable and other commitments. These programs are predominantly Certificate II and III qualifications—a strong entry point into a vocational pathway—and can be supported either by an SSI trainer or by a trainer at the school, depending on what works best for your setting.
This model makes it easy for schools to offer a broader range of qualifications to students with different interests, even when only one or two are pursuing a particular course, while still ensuring each student has the guidance and support they need to progress and complete.
