To get you job ready, you’ll learn about areas of personal development, how to use workplace technology and business systems, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA). Learn how to be a customer experience superstar and gain the tools you need to be successful in this industry. It also includes infection control and prevention procedures and food safety to ensure you’re working safely.
