This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Target Group
Participants will need to have opportunities to be in a position of leadership where they have responsibilities to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of teams.
These experiences can be in a workplace or voluntary capacity.

Mixed mode– Regular attendance in our Virtual Classroom, self-directed projects and workplace activities

Group Training – This qualification can be customised to suit specific workplace needs for group training.
This course is fee capped at $400 for under 24 years and $1200 for 24 plus for eligible Australian residents.
