BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business (with a leadership focus)
This qualification is suitable for aspirants or new supervisors who wish to develop their business acumen and leadership skills. The course will be conducted in our virtual classroom weekly over 30 weeks.
The course will be structured with content delivery on Fridays from 1pm – 4pm.

Participants will also learn to leverage digital technologies, write complex documents, prioritise work responsibilities, apply critical thinking, implement workplace health and safety policies, and demonstrate leadership qualities. Through interactive sessions delivered via Microsoft Teams, participants will gain practical knowledge, enhance decision-making abilities, improve communication strategies, and develop the skills necessary to lead and influence teams effectively.

This course is delivered in a blended mode with virtual and workplace requirements. A computer with headset and camera (webcam) is required for the virtual delivery. Regular attendance is a condition of funding.

$1,200 annual non-concession rate (plus any resource fees) applies to all other WA residents.
