Consult

We meet with stakeholders and explore what they really want to achieve to be able to transform their current or future business. We compile a curriculum and mode of delivery that will meet their transformation needs together with their operational availability and timeframes.

Deliver

We deliver the learning according to the agreed training plan. We have regular contact with the business owners to evaluate and modify as we go.

Evaluate

We are not just concerned about whether our learners were satisfied with the training and there is an increase in knowledge and capability, we want to know if there has been a change in behaviour and implementation into the workplace. We are interested in results and the effect on the business performance. We achieve this through the use of Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Training Evaluation Model: Reaction, Learning, Behaviour, Results.
