BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resource Management
This qualification is suitable for learners who have good literacy and digital skills and want to develop the skills to work in the human resources industry. In may be that you are in an administration role and want to transition to working in human resources.
If you are not already working, you will be expected to participate in a work placement or part time work where you can apply practical skills.

Students are expected to be working in the industry or to undertake a work placement.
A computer with headset is required for the virtual delivery. Regular attendance is a condition of funding.
RPL is available for this course.
Completion of this qualification depends on each individual student, including their availability and previous experience.
Regular submission of assessments is a requirement of this course. A training and assessment schedule will be discussed with you and provided by your Trainer/Assessor.
