BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director.

This qualification consists of 8 units of competency:

A range of elective units are available to meet your specific needs.
Delivery of this qualification will be virtual via Microsoft Teams every Wednesday from 2pm – 3:30pm WST over a period of 40 weeks from date of enrolment.
Approximately 1 year. However, with some significantly large research projects, extensions may be granted to finish these.
Regular submission of assessments is a requirement of this course. A training and assessment schedule will be discussed with you and provided by your Trainer/Assessor.
The full course fee is $ 3,950.00.
You will be invoiced $1,500 once your enrolment has been confirmed. The remainder of your fees will be invoiced after you have progressed in your course based on your individual learning and assessment arrangements.
The Student tuition fees are indicative only and are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. Additional fees may apply such as Student service and resource fees.
